The kit contains adaptable magnetic type ballast, an ignitor, and a compact wet cap capacitor. The ballast, itself, is made up of a magnetic core, which consists of transformer steel plates, wrapped in copper wire.
The HH-MH-Q4-175-W-M3 model has a dual coil constant wattage auto transformer (CWA) that provides better lamp power regulation and is great for quiet operation. It will also regulate your HPS lamps wattage better than any other HID coil types. This HPS ballast kit also includes convenient stainless steel mounting hardware, making installation simple.
