If you're looking to connect your T5 medium bay fluorescent lights on a single electrical path, get the cost-effective RaceHorse series RHS-230-135-L-T5 from Fulham. This electronic ballast operates a single 14, 21, 28 or 35-watt four foot T5 tube and uses a programmed preheat start that will extend the lamp life. 

This 1 bulb 14-35W T5 electronic ballast features APFC technology that gives it a very high power factor of 98%. This high power factor is ideal for new construction projects where electrical contractors require constant wattages that will not fluctuate or cause a power surge. This is especially important when multiple fixtures are tied into the same circuit.

Application 

The RHS-230-135-L-T5 is suitable for indoor and outdoor architectural lighting including retail stores, parking garages or gymnasiums. Typical fixtures include wall washes and air handling spaces. The ballast has multi-tap inputs for 220, 230 and 240-volt AC which are common house voltages across Europe and in older buildings in the US and Canada.

External Specifications

This non-dimmable, solid state ballast has a super slim metal housing that is less than an inch high and roughly 11-inches wide. The casing has a convenient label on top depicting the wiring diagram, model information and supported lamp types. There are also stamps from the major compliance agencies in the European Union including CE, ENEC and the VDE Institute, which will save you on your next inspection!

Electrical Specifications

This 35W RaceHorse ballast features surge protection cut-off circuits and End-of-Life protection in accordance with CE requirements. It features an auto-restart switch that automatically brings the fluorescent tube back on after a short power loss.
