These low temperature devices are constructed from top-notch silicon steel and welded tightly to reduce noise. This means longterm quality performance with minimum buzzing or vibrating sounds. It also operates at a frequency of 60Hz.

For those wet or damp locations, this ballast has a minimum start temperature of -20°F – which is great for the rainy season and winter months. This “core & coil” device costs less than their electronic counterparts due to their cooler temperature operation and low wattage loss.

Great for energy savings due to its lamp power regulation, this lead circuit ballast also includes packaged components: bracket, dry or oil capacitor and igniter.
