Application
The standard dedicated voltage model is the most immense case style in Hatch's E-HID product line. These 21st century HID ballasts practically manage themselves so you will never have to inspect them for the next 15 years. Best of all the plastic case is Type 1 Outdoor rated and can withstand temperature drops as low as -22° F.

The ballast is small in size and light in weight for easy installation. The case temperature can rise as high as 80 degree Celsius.
Electrical Specifications
Designed for use with 277V AC voltage at 60 Hz frequency. The ballast provides protection from transients in voltages as well as short circuit with ground making it safe for personnel working on it. It has ignition failure protection as the ballast shuts down as various electronically timed startup attempts and this shut down is over after a manual restart is done. It has power factor greater than 0.95 making it highly efficient and energy conserving.
