Constructed in electrical steel, our FBP500LT model ballast is a low profile transformer that supplies T8, T10, and T12 lamps with power during a sudden blackout. Included is a nickel cadmium (NiCad) battery that provides up to 90 minutes of illumination once the ballast immediately switches to emergency mode.

Application

The FBP500LT ballast is produced in electrical steel and was designed for simple application within any low profile fluroescent lighthing fixture.

The composition of industrial steel with high-temperature powder coat finish makes this sleek design an attractive and conveniently sized device fit in most fixtures.

Along with its dual voltage input, this unique device comes with an inner charging system with test switch. Its input power allow for a maximum of 3.5 watts while producing 350-450 lumens, initially.
