Just imagine one day after you've completed the plans and installation of that lighting system in the newly constructed office and one day the lights begin to dim uncontrollably. You've checked the swtiches, sensors, and wiring and you still can't figure out what it is. Then suddenly, the lights just plain go out. 

Perhaps it was the ballast. It's important to install one that it fully compatible with the lamps. If power were to fail, your lights need a dependable source that can pick up the slack until normal operation is restored. Our Lightolier brand electronic ballast will graciously provide the latter.

The FBP700LT model operates linear (T5 and T8) fluorescent bulbs by supplying them with emergency wattage and voltage for up to 90 minutes in the event of power failure. This energy saving transformer works with up to 4 lamps within the wattage range of 24-55. It was produced in 20-gauge steel with a highly regarded powdered finish. It's great from indoor and outdoor application.

External Specifications

Constructed from standard 20 gauge steel and finished in a high temperature powder coat outline. Its sleek and compact look and feel allows for wire way channel mounting within most linear fluorescent lighting fixtures.

Electrical Specifications

While providing an dual voltage electrical output 120/277V this ballasts also has an initial lumen output up to 700 lumens. Also, a time delay circuit has integrated within the circuitry, which provides compatibility with capability of detecting the lamp's lifespan.
