Developed by Philips, makers of quality ballasts for nearly a century, the FBP750-4PT has a very tough 20-gauge steel exterior and high temperature powder coat, making it ideal for damp locations. Its slim profile allows for mounting in the wire way channel of most vapor tight globes and fixtures.

Application

This 750 lumen compact fluorescent battery pack is ideal for enclosed and gasketed down lights and vapor tight lamps that use  one or two 4-pin CFL with twin, quad or triple tubes. When the UL Damp Location option is selected, it can be sealed within a waterproof fixture inside a sauna, pool or shower area.

External Specifications

The FBP750-4PT has a very strong 20-gauge steel casing with a very short profile. The unit is finished with an off-white high-temperature enamel powder coating that repels corrosion and does not flake like normal paint.

Damp Location - for interiors with high-humidity, the unit is sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and receives a UL Damp Location rating.

Cold Location - adds a damp location rating plus a battery warmer to the unit, allowing it to operate in extreme cold as low as 5° F.
